The staff were very helpful making sure i enjoyed my stay, i appreciated that. The tea and coffee station in the lounge was a bonus, i could always get a quick refreshment. My room was a good size, considering it was in a major city. The ensuite had a walk-in shower, which i found very convenient.
The room, while functional, felt somewhat small. It could benefit from additional space for luggage storage and movement.

The location was UNBEATABLE. It allowed easy access to many popular attractions. Several nice restaurants were nearby, offering diverse dining options. Two metro stations were also within walking distance.

i adored the superb double room. it featured individual decor and a lovely ambiance. the hotel is near cafes and restaurants, a short walk each evening was pure pleasure. i felt okay all time and the staff were gentle.
the sink drained a bit slowly in the bathroom, but this was minor.

the shower was quite small. it made it difficult to avoid bumping into the temperature knob or shower wall.

The location was excellent, really close to metro stations. i found the staff friendly and helpful. alex checked me in. He could not be nicer. the hotel smelled wonderful as i walked in.
the carpeting seemed stained and old. some of the furniture looked a bit worn. my queen bed was two twins pushed together. it wasn't ideal.

I found a couple of things disappointing about my stay. The air conditioning took quite a while to actually cool the room. the internet access didn't work at all during my entire visit. Check-in was slow because the staff struggled with internet issues and payment processing.
